For those of you visiting the site for the first time or are new to research administration, the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA) is an organization of individuals involved in the administration of sponsored programs at colleges, universities and teaching hospitals. Region II (Mid-Atlantic region) is comprised of research administrators from Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington, DC, and West Virginia. Through networking, meetings and professional development opportunities we strive to provide our members with information to assist them in their day-to-day business practices. Whether you are a visitor, a new member or an active member, Region II offers administrators regional meetings, professional development workshops, and a Mentor-Me Program as forums to provide a platform for professional development, networking and leadership growth. It is through these venues we are able to train the next generation of research administrators.
